Coming Soon: Wren Island souvenirs.
A friend has asked for a ball cap that says Wren Island. She wants people to ask “Where’s Wren Island?” so she can point them to the e-book and podcast. Another friend has said she’d like to keep a list, Amelia Theodore style, of nice things to wish for.
It’s gotten me thinking.
Virgil’s market on Wren Island stocks groceries, ice, and other staples. With the completion of Allison’s island-wide road improvements, Wren Island might even attract a few tourists. And what do tourists love?
Souvenirs! Ball caps and beach-y hats. A notepad of nice things to wish for—with space to add your own ideas. Keychains expressing the love.
What’s even more fun than purchasing souvenirs?
Winning them.
This spring, I’m offering an easy-peasy treasure hunt for readers of The Wren Island Series.
When Part 6 is released, it will provide what I hope is a more than satisfying conclusion to the story. (Every time I mention the word conclusion, someone panics. Don’t worry! This is interactive serialized fiction. There’s always more to the story!) This summer, I’ll be releasing a brand new series called Wren Island with Wallace Around.
Here’s where the treasure hunt comes in.
The title of the new series will appear in Part 6. A character will say “Wren Island with Wallace around …” and finish the sentence.
To be entered in the drawing, all you’ll have to do is send me the complete sentence as it appears in Part 6. I’ll draw as many names as I’ve got prizes for, and winners will choose from a hat, keychain, or notepad—while supplies last, as they say.
The Wren Island Series is free to read when you subscribe to receive my emails. Once you subscribe, you’ll get a link to download the most current e-book. You’ll also start hearing about opportunities to influence the developing story! For a limited time, you’ll also hear about opportunities to win a souvenir from Wren Island!
